Yoga has been a thing for me, off and on, for most of my adult life. During these spurts of regular yoga practice, I noticed I felt better inside and out. I was more flexible, toned, and even more patient with the people who mean the most to me.
In 2018, I decided to dive deeper into yoga and earned my RYT-200 Certification (Registered Yoga Teacher-200 Hours) at Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla, California. Yoga has tremendous physical benefits, but for me it is not only a work out, but also so a “work-in.” The stress relief and mental clarity obtained from a yoga session is simply unmatched.

My yoga classes are beginner friendly and body inclusive.
